- A new hierarchy has been inaugurated (Executive Chairman; March 6, 2026) for SMKit program.
- Up to last term we were operating Intermediate Level SMKit from Calendarsmkit (no access anymore).
- Experience from the field has informed a change to Entry Level SMKit from https://entrysmkit.standbasis.com (click to take you there).
- The Entry Level requires the Headteacher or Principal to evaluate by themselves.
- Where the evaluation is delegated to another person, the evaluation should be done in the presence of the Head who would provide the answers.
- There are only 7 questions, but only the head of a school has the authority to provide the declaratory answers (See the declaration on each evaluation page).
- The Education Secretary is responsible for driving the program in their LEA.
- The JSS Leader is responsible for driving the program in all JSS schools.
- The PSS Leader coordinates operation in LEAs.
- The Weekly Integrated Report from schools is distributed as following:
- Education Secretaries: Weekly Integrated Report for their respective LEAs
- Director JSS: Weekly Integrated Report for all Junior Secondary schools
- Director PSS: Weekly integrated Report for all Primary schools
- Executive Charman: Weekly Integrated Report for all UBEB schools
